  • WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE DOES NOT FIT?

    We recommend a Speed Exchange. A Speed Exchange is where you choose your replacement merchandise and we charge your original payment type for the replacement merchandise right away. We then ship the replacement merchandise to you at no cost for shipping. In the meantime, you send us your original merchandise and we will credit your original payment type once we receive the merchandise. You can process a Speed Exchange by clicking here. Otherwise, you can return or exchange your merchandise by sending it back to us, or going to your local store.

    Once your order is placed you will receive an email from us with your order number. You will receive another email when your order ships.

  • HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

    For a full refund send your merchandise back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns made to a store outside of the US/Canada will receive a merchandise credit for the current, local selling price. Please see our full Return and Exchange Policy in our 'HELP' section.
