    Gift Cards purchased online may be redeemed at GillyHicks.com, or at any Gilly Hicks store location in the United States.

    Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. To redeem your Gift Card online, enter in the 16 digit account number including PIN in the 'Gift Card' field on step 3 of checkout.

    EXPIRATION

    Gift Cards purchased online at GillyHicks.com here do not have an expiration date.

    These terms do not apply to Gift Cards received in conjunction with Gift Card special events.

  • MERCHANDISE CREDITS

    Merchandise Credits issued at a Gilly Hicks store in the United States may be redeemed for merchandise only in the United States at GillyHicks.com or at Gilly Hicks stores. Merchandise Credits are not Gift Cards and they are non-transferable. Merchandise Credits cannot be reloaded.

    Merchandise Credits cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

    REDEEMING

    To redeem your Merchandise Credit online, enter in the 16 digit account number including PIN in the 'Gift Card' field on step 3 of checkout.

    Merchandise Credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. Purchases in a currency different than the currency of this card will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of payment.

    EXPIRATION

    Merchandise credits have no expiration date, and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time.
